[Update] Mobile version updates

The list will be updated, work on the project continues.

• Added shop for recruiting NPC drivers.

• Added interfaces for business and NPC driver recruitment. 

• Updated and improved interface animations 

• Added X2 multiplier for collectable crates for 30 seconds. 

• Added shader to fill the business bar 

• Added vibration and sound settings and saving 

• Implemented settings interface with animation

• Some internal parameters have been changed (packet collection speed, smooth animation, interface size) 

• Replaced car models 

• Added designations in the game world (Shop, issuing station, exchange of boxes for coins) 

• Baked lighting 

• NPC stops to collect packages, each NPC's route is limited and different 

• When an NPC encounters a player, he looks for the next package. 

• NPC when colliding with another NPC looks for the next package
